SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We use secure packaging to protect your purchase and offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Our shipping information is as follows:

We use NZPost Courier for our Express Overnight (non-signature) - please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

Economy with NZpost (letterbox delivery) - please allow 3-5 working days. 

Busy holiday periods may result in delayed delivery times.

Australia shipping times, between 5-10 working days. Includes track and trace.

Rest of the world, between 5-15 working days. Includes track and trace.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Satori Jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. We believe in making the process straightforward and transparent to ensure your confidence in shopping with us.

WARRANTY

JEWELLERY WARRANTY

All purchases from Satori Jewellery include a 90-day warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects but does not apply to general wear and tear damage, or mishandling. If a fault has been detected, we will provide repair or replacement to ensure your satisfaction.

 

At SatoriJewellery, please be aware that wear and tear from regular use, such tarnishing, fading of plated jewellery, chain breakage, and bending of softer metals like 925 Sterling Silver, is not classified as a manufacturing fault. Our warranty also does not cover loss of gemstones or jewellery, breakage scratched surfaces, or natural changes in appearance over time. If damage arises from mishandling, we reserve the right to decline a claim. Return return shipping is to be covered by the customer.

If your earrings are loose, or no longer close properly, slightly bending the post to fit the earring hole will help fit the earring closure back into place. This can be done with a pair of pliers easily at home.
