Our jewellery comes with a 30 day warranty subject to our terms and conditions. This is valid from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing faults and defects. Proof of purchase must be valid and return of jewellery. Cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed and will be at the expense of the customer. This does not cover loss of jewellery, jewellery won in chlorine or the ocean, chain breakage due to mishandling or excessive wear or general wear and tear such as fading of the gold plating, or scratching after purchase.
